October is National Co-op Month, a time when co-op’s nationwide raise awareness of the cooperative model as an effective way to do business and build communities. We’ll be featuring cooperative business with products that we sell at the Co-op all month long. Plus it’s time for our 6th Annual Member Meeting on October 11th from 4-6pm. This year’s Annual Meeting is designed to provide ample time for engaging with fellow members, along with Co-op staff and board, to talk about the Co-op’s future and explore new ways that our Co-op can serve our community. Find the link and RSVP on Facebook. We look forward to seeing our Co-op Members there!
We’re excited to announce that the Co-op is now accepting applications for the 2021 Community Hero Program! Chosen organizations will be the recipient of funds from our 3% Thursday and Register Round Up campaigns. Eligibility for the program is based on service to the community in the following areas: local community service organizations, organic food, healthy food for children or seniors, environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices, human rights, environmental preservation and groups with similar missions and values. Learn more and download an application on our website.
Thanks for being part of the Co-op!
