Community Hero Program
The Orcas Food Co-op’s Community Hero Program umbrella is our “Register Round-Up” program through which shoppers have the opportunity to round up their purchases throughout the entire month, and funds gathered are donated to selected organizations.

Organizations are eligible for the program based on their service to the Orcas Island community in the following areas:
- Local community service organizations
- Organic food
- Healthy food for children or seniors
- Environmentally friendly and sustainable agricultural practices
- Human rights
- Environmental preservation
- Groups with similar missions and values
Sponsorship Requests
We enjoy collaborating and supporting like-minded organizations in the community. We are not generally offering monetary/cash sponsorships at this time. However, organizations can request non-monetary forms of sponsorship such as gift baskets of local items, gift cards/shopping credit, food for fundraising events, or other in-kind support. To make a request, please fill out the form below. Requests will not be considered until we have a request form on file.
